Went here to the LaRussell performance yesterday, so fire! Awesome space for dancing, drinking, and vibing out. Gotta love it!

Is there a more quintessential neighborhood dive bar than Vinnie’s? Pool tables, video games, beer, cocktails, fried food, karaoke. I could see why this place has been here for so long. Something for everyone.

My favorite spot for Thursday latin tropical music such bachata salsa merengue and cumbia from 9 to 11 30 pm. Free cover before 9 pm. Then change music to reggaeton untill 12:30. Again switch to tropical til closing. Wonderful place with good vibes...

Vinnies has expanded and is bigger and better than ever! Lots of room, several pool tables and an outdoor area make vinnies a great place to have a good time. Staff was friendly and the place was jumping. Metal has returned to the local scene! Good people and good times!

Sunday night, dinner for just the two of us with a couple of drinks, very kind and attentive bartender, had a nice chat! We haven't been here in several years but it is still very nice and very good vibe! Will definitely be back!

What's up, Googlers? I m back at it again with another one for you all. We got there about two hours right before they closed, just in time to see a performer performer on stage,so that was cool, For any establishment, it's always nice to have live entertainment. The bartenders were all professionals at their craft, you can tell. By the way, they all worked together, and they had a smooth rotate rhythm. Unfortunately, i didn't get a chance to try out the food because we got there really late for dinner but stayed for drinks. But it was really good to vibe there. I'm mean really, really good vibs. Went during lunch, so didn’t get to experience the full atmosphere, but it seems like a great place. Service was friendly and quick. The food was pretty good. I had the fish and chips. The fries (“chips”) were crispy and thick. The fish was battered and cooked well. Will definitely go back to try something else and when there are more people to experience the atmosphere to its full effect.

We went to Vinnie's for the free comedy night January 21. I believe the MC said comedy night happens every 3rd Monday, but I could be wrong. Contact them to verify. So about Vinnie's... when 1st entering I felt like an extra in the 'Cheers' TV show. But nobody knew my name. However, the patrons lining the bar seemed like they were all old friends. They were deep in several simultaneous conversations. And that includes chatting with management and staff - who were all very helpful and personable. Here's the only negative for the night; fending for ourselves. We were not sure if we seated ourselves or if someone would direct us, so after some hesitation we headed to an open booth and settled in for the 7:30 pm show. We had to try out the food (after all it is a Bar AND a Grill) I found their menu on my phone and after a little investigating my wife discovered we had to place our order with the barkeep. As the show began we received our burgers and fries and munched away between bouts of laughter. The food wasn't half bad, by the way. If you haven't been to a live stand-up comedy show you need to set aside a little time and come out to Vinnie's. There is a world of difference from seeing polished comedy sets on television and watching it live. When you sit in the room you can feel the audience's connection to the comic. Or sometimes, the disconnect - after all these people are working on their material, and it doesn't always go as expected. Vinnie's is definitely worth stopping by any night just for the company. But, especially worth a night of comedy. You will have a much deeper appreciation for what these comics do, and endure.
